Zen Vibes
Me: I’m getting a chinchilla. You don’t get it, I’M THE CAT PERSON (careful not to say CAT LADY and bring on all the strange stereotypes) - most cats have always preferred ME, I’m a cat person, I understand them, I respect them. Yet, THIS cat apparently prefers YOU, which means she’s either stupid or I’ve lost my touch. Since I cannot have EITHER… I’m getting a damn chinchilla.
Mike: Maybe she just senses my zen vibe.
Me: Zen, vibe? What ZEN vibe?
Mike: Hey, I can’t help it, I put off a relaxed, zen vibe.
Me: You put something off, that’s for sure.

Hi! I think I ended up here by following a link on someone else’s blog or something … Anyways, I’m here.
I have a younger cat that looks VERY similar to your kitty there and I have to tell you that it must be an issue with all cats that look like that. I too, am a cat person and I’m usually adored by them except for the cat we have that resembles yours. I swear she hates me. :)

awww, I’m a cat lady, er, I mean cat PERSON too. they always crowd around me wherever I go. I feel like the Mary freakin Poppins of the feline kingdom. :)

I’m a cat lady. :mrgreen: I’d totally have like 20 cats if my husband would let me.
Oh and my kitty LOVES watching the chinchilla on their DVD. It’s called a Mewvie and it has pictures of animals jumping around and birds and bugs and stuff. heh.

Sheesh, if looks could kill, you would be 6 ft under. That kitty is not liking having her picture takend. Go for the chinchilla!

Ahhh, what a pretty cat Molly is. I think you’re going about this the right way though Amy, the sooner you give your attention to another animal, that cat will be all over you! Play her at her own game, she’s just using Mike as a pawn! :grin:
