But, I don't agree on "training wheels" ouch. Shooting tequila is a fun social kind of thing and I think the lime and salt add to the social, party aspect. Rather than just slamming shots... it's sort of a ritual around here. I mean, you can shoot anything, but lime and salt just compliment a really good tequila. I tend to agree on Cabo.
