We’ve made out trek to the pumpkin patch. The costumes are mostly together (Kate and I have a few minor details to pick up) and all that is left to do is carve the pumpkins and make some Halloween treats!

Tonight Kate and I will make some Scotch-O-Roos, corpse finger cookies, and a chocolate butterfinger pie. There will be no shortage of treats around here!

Mike is going to be on a quest for dry ice (not as easy to find as it used to be) and that should just about finish up our holiday preparations.

As with most highly anticipated events, the day takes forever to get here and once it arrives it’s gone in the blink of an eye. It’s hard to believe we’re just a few weeks away from pulling out Christmas decorations and putting up a tree!
