My husband and I met on a blind date through mutual friends. We hit it off and so far it’s worked out pretty well. At least he can’t complain.

I think if I were single and looking for a relationship I would probably check out some of the top dating sites you see on those commercials, like E-Harmony. I’d be too curious not to!

Of course, I’d also search online for consumer reviews and find a website unrelated to the website I was interested in to get the real scoop. I do that now whether it’s diets, kitchen gadgets, or exercise equipment. The irony is not lost on me that I just mentioned two ways to lose weight and one sure fire way to gain it.

Any time I’m looking to make a purchase over $50 I try to find independent reviews of the product or service. Not that I haven’t ever been burned, I have… but that’s why I double check now.
