Oh… OH the IRONY!!!

Posted By on August 20, 2008

Just when you think you are going to have to pull a lousy post out of your ass (AGAIN) something wonderful happens.

Sort of.

Ok, the suckiest thing of all has happened. Ethan and Julie broke up. I am now going to change her acronym to “fantasy daughter-in-law” because I seriously :heartbeat: her. Which is why I am not going to go into all the sucky-ass details either. Out of respect for her. But, I have already explained to my son that Julie is the ultimate, the awesome, the wonderfullest, and that being said, it makes her the Kevin Rawley (Owen Wilson’s character from Meet the Parents) of our family, in the best possible sense. No one will ever measure up to the awesomeness that is Julie.

Still, this has not been an easy situation and I certainly don’t mean to make light of anything, except life is shitty sometimes and if we don’t laugh we’ll end up in a padded cell somewhere. Suffice it to say that I have learned a truly, important lesson.

Last night Ethan went for a 7 mile run. He was chased by a rabid dog…

it’s true, people, karma IS a bitch.

I totally thought the karma was going to show up if he racked his nuts on something or did something along those lines.
